Herb’s Cider, a Bellingham based cider company, is owned operated by a very talented team of cider lovers, including the drummer of Primus- Tim “Herb” Alexander! Our session together featured their taproom in downtown Bellingham and the delicious, fresh cider they serve on tap including the beautiful, rich red colored blackberry cider as well as capturing their canning facility and how their team works hard to get their cider into your hands!
I am so absolutely honored and humbled to have been voted Bellingham Alive’s Best of the Northwest Best Photographer for 2019 taking gold for a second year! It’s hard to put into words the amount of appreciation and love I have for all of my clients, supporters and friends that continually trust me to photograph their families, weddings, birthdays, family reunions, businesses, food, restaurants, kids, homes.. and so much more. I am equally as thankful to my sweet husband who is (whether he likes it or not :-P) along for the ride and constantly there to support me in this wild journey. I could not be as successful or grounded without his help. This job allows me to get a special little glimpse into the lives of so many different kinds of people. It gets me out of bed in the morning, fills me with joy and excitement and fulfills me. I am forever thankful for all of you that make this dream reality and supporting me down this path of entrepreneurship. It’s not always easy, but it is always worth it! THANK YOU! Cheers to another year of growth, challenges and a whole lot of fun <3 This gold cocktail is for all of you!
Emma and Eric held their wedding day out at the incredibly beautiful Wandering Waters venue in Maple Falls. It turned out to be a rainy day off and on, but this didn’t bother the couple or their guests one bit! Guests had been asked to attend in hats of their choice and people really didn’t disappoint. The rain let up just enough for the ceremony overlooking the mountains in the venue’s beautiful field. They were ushered in by a friend playing the accordion and had several different friends all officiating. The couple passed their wedding rings around for guests to look at and bless during their ceremony. The reception was gull of beer, laughs, yard games and pizza from Gusto Wood Fired Pizza! This couple is so genuine and it was a total delight to be a part of this special wedding day. Congrats Emma and Eric! May your adventures together get better and better!
My second senior session in the month of September and Tucker was SO fun to work with. He’s into film, cars and especially his own handsome little red car. One of his favorite places to film is down near Zuanich Park which was the perfect location for this lifestyle senior session!
